Why we priced it this way
Software shouldn't be a luxury tax on care workers. Most support workers are underpaid and juggling multiple jobs. We built Timeline to help you keep more of what you earn, not take a cut of it. That's why we cap it at 1% of your invoiced amount, and why the free tier goes up to $499/month. You pay what you can afford, when you can afford it.

What counts as my invoiced amount?
We calculate your bracket based on your 3-month rolling average of invoiced hours and rates. Think of it as what you actually send to clients or care agencies. Travel, overnight allowances, and extras all count. We never peek at what you're paid per hour — just the total you invoice each month.
When does my bracket change?
Timeline checks your 3-month rolling average automatically and moves you to the right bracket. You'll get a heads-up notification before any price change. No surprises, no manual tier juggling.
What if I have a slow month?
We use a 3-month rolling average specifically to smooth out the quiet weeks. A single slow month won't bump you down and then back up again. One bad week doesn't change your tier.
Is every feature included at every price level?
Yes. Shift tracking, invoicing, compliance tracking, reports, incident logging, notes — it's all there at every level. No "pro" tier that locks away features. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming support workers.
